How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and large-scale events. Popular dates fill quickly. A deposit is required to secure your date.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Travel is not included in our standard event packages. An additional travel fee will be applied based on the event location. This may include mileage, tolls, parking, or lodging (if required). All travel costs will be discussed in advance and clearly outlined in your quote so there are no surprises.

How many hours of coverage do I need?

Coverage depends on your event schedule. Smaller events may require 2–4 hours, while weddings and larger programs may require 6+ hours. We can help you determine the right amount of coverage based on your timeline.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, advance notice is required and your deposit may be transferred to a new date based on availability. Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
