How do I book a video shoot through cine productions?
Submit an inquiry with your event date or project details. Once availability is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel within our standard service area is included. Locations outside that area may require a travel fee to cover mileage, tolls, parking, or extended travel time. Any additional travel costs will be discussed upfront and added to your quote.
How long does it take to receive the final video?
Turnaround time typically ranges from 2–4 weeks depending on the scope of the project. Larger events or multi-video packages may require additional time. Expedited editing may be available upon request.
What information do you need before the shoot?
We’ll need details such as the purpose of the video, location, schedule, desired length, target audience, and how the video will be used (social media, website, ads, etc.). For brand projects, we’ll also discuss messaging and creative direction to ensure alignment.
