Our Wedding Process
At CINE Productions, we believe a smooth wedding day starts long before the cameras come out. Our process is structured, collaborative, and designed to give you confidence every step of the way.
STEP 1
After booking, we schedule an Inspiration Call to truly understand your vision. This is where we listen. We discuss your style preferences, must-have shots, cultural or traditional elements, outfit changes, décor details, and the overall feel you want your wedding captured in — whether soft and romantic, bold and vibrant, classic and timeless, or cinematic and dramatic. This call allows us to align creatively so we can deliver exactly what you’re envisioning — not just standard coverage, but personalized storytelling.
STEP 2
Closer to your wedding date, we schedule a Logistics Call to go over the structure and timing of your day. During this call, we review your timeline, ceremony flow, reception program, key family members for portraits, vendor coordination, and any special moments that need extra attention. This ensures smooth transitions throughout the day, no missed moments, proper time allocated for portraits and clear coordination with planners and vendors.
FAQ
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Yes. We provide guidance to help structure your photography and video timeline to ensure key moments are captured smoothly and efficiently.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel is not included in our standard event packages. An additional travel fee will be applied based on the event location. This may include mileage, tolls, parking, or lodging (if required). All travel costs will be discussed in advance and clearly outlined in your quote so there are no surprises. We are available for destination weddings. Travel and lodging costs will be added to your custom proposal.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If your wedding date changes, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling policies will be outlined in your contract.
